Rolf’s Kök was also a Michelin-starred recommendation. I used a new app to make reservations this time. It’s not that busy at 6:00 PM, but from 7:00 PM onwards, it’s a blast! We had escargot for starters (very tasty), and for the main course, ox cheeks with truffle mashed potatoes. A somewhat controversial combination; the truffle was very dominant (but still very tasty) and almost overpowered the flavors. Then for dessert, a Creme Brulee with a cider ice wine, something new and also very good. The service was very friendly, and nothing was lacking.
