The Saluhall is something like a market hall, just a little more upscale. There are various fish and meat shops, as well as fruit and vegetables. There are also several restaurants, including the Lisa Elmquist, which I visited and will write a separate entry about. It’s a good thing I’m staying in a hotel; otherwise, I’d probably have to stop by here more often to buy various things.
