The location is actually home to two hotels. The Ibis Styles is on the lower floors, and the Novotel on the upper floors. The rooms are identical, but with different furnishings (I’ve stayed in both). Before the coronavirus pandemic, the reception desks were separate; we’ll see when that changes again. One thing that has recently changed at the reception desk is that the plexiglass screens have been removed (and there have been a few other changes related to the coronavirus pandemic). The hotel itself is close to Nana BTS, but you can also reach a lot of places on foot. The rooms are okay (see pictures); the important thing is that you have a desk to work on and good Wi-Fi (COVID-19 has had a positive impact here; the annoying login page has been removed, which makes things easier for my router). The situation at the pool has improved again (there was no service there recently). However, the pool fills up pretty quickly if you arrive late.
