Hybrid

A quick flashback. We were at Hybrid last year, and I actually wanted to go back this time, but unfortunately the restaurant is no longer there (it’s now a coffee shop). At Hybrid, the name says it all. The chef was Thei, but she grew up in Italy, and accordingly, the menu was Thai-Italian fusion. Every course was truly delicious. It’s a shame, but the area probably wasn’t really suited for fine dining, but for me, this was already Michelin-star level.
