The Canvas has become our second top location in terms of Michelin*. It has also been awarded a star. However, a European chef cooks here in the Thai style. Before Covid, there was a ‘normal’ 7-course menu. Now, after Covid, the concept has been changed slightly. There are now 18 courses! Okay, that sounds like a lot, but every now and then there’s only a bite on the plate 😀 . The menu is presented by an artistically designed menu, with the course being served very close to it. The 18 courses are a rollercoaster of flavors. All very delicious and also very different. Each course is briefly explained beforehand, explaining what is on the plate and why. Sometimes the chef himself even does this. There are accompanying wines. What’s also great here is that you can sit at the bar and watch the hustle and bustle in the kitchen. We’ll definitely be back.
