I actually wanted to go to ‘Here Hai’, but the line was just too long for me. On the way back to the BTS, I passed by Fujiyama55 and decided to have another ramen at the last minute. I ordered the signature ramen and the gyoza. I actually wanted a Kirin with it, but since it was after 2:00 PM and still well before 5:00 PM, they didn’t have any beer, but they did have my green tea, which I always have at 7-Eleven. The ramen was extremely good, with a broth so thick that they even had kettles on the table to dilute it (but I didn’t). The noodles were also very good with a wonderful bite. The toppings were also very good. The gyoza were also excellent and could have been improved with a bit of chili oil ;). Now, now for the comparison to Tsuta. It’s difficult, since the broths are completely different. I would call it a draw!
