Somehow, this time it’s turning into a food court tour. Back to Central World, Chuan. It’s a Singapore-style restaurant. I ordered various dim sum, the bah kut teh, salmon skin salted chips, and a butterfly pea tea. The dim sum were very good. The crab soup dumplings are the first that come close to those at Din Tai Fung. The bak kut teh was also quite tasty and better than the one at Song Fa on my last trip (Central Embassey). The salmon chips were super delicious; I think I’ll have to get a bag and take them home. The only thing was the “salad” that didn’t quite match the taste (rather boring). It was a change of pace, and the price was quite reasonable.
