Tsutsa was the first noodle restaurant to receive a Michelin star. Similar to Din Tai Fung, there are now several branches. Tsutsa here is located on the third floor of Central World. I ordered the signature ramen (without truffle, which quickly becomes a bit overpowering in flavor), the fried gyoza, and the BBQ cubes, along with a green tea drink. The ramen was incredibly delicious, the best I’ve had in Bangkok so far. The noodles were really nice and crunchy. The broth had a slight hint of truffle even without the extra truffle. The egg in the ramen was as it should be, nicely runny inside and well-marinated. The gyzo were also good, as were the BBQ cubes. The green tea smoothie had plenty of green tea and was also very good, especially not too sweet. All in all, a spot I’d go back to again (for the ramen with crab).
