Song Fa is a Singaporean chain that offers ‘Buk Kut Teh’ (cooked pork ribs). This Song Fa is located on the 5th floor of the Central Embassy. When ordering, you’re given a card and an order form to fill out. I ordered the pork ribs, pork giblets, claypot with pork belly, nuts with vegetables, and the fritters. To drink, I had Bluepee lemonade. The soup comes with a free refill (meaning the broth is constantly being refilled). The ribs were delicious, and the broth was very peppery (but okay). The giblets were also very good. Purely in terms of the shortening, I enjoyed the claypot the most, along with the peanuts. The fritters were very crispy but also very greasy (I’ve had much better ones in Singapore). All in all, it was okay, but I’m sure I’ll return because of the selection. 🤷♂️
