So, now for the actual NA. This time there was no problem with space. The NA offers a variety of soups that you can combine in a variety of ways. You can choose the meat (pork, beef, chicken…), the noodles (rice, egg, wide, thick…), and various additional garnishes, as well as dry or with broth. I opted for the signature pork with an extra crunch (something like cracklings) and crispy pork. It also came with a papaya salad with salted eggs. Both the soup and the salad were excellent. The soup had a lot of garnish and was a bit thick thanks to the liver. Only the chrysanthemum tea was a bit too sweet. If you’re in a hurry, it’s definitely an option.
