Baan Ying is on the 5th floor of Terminal 21, the large shopping center on the BTS Asok. While there are plenty of restaurants there (more reviews to follow), you shouldn’t go during peak dining hours. You’ll have to be prepared to wait.
Everything was excellent, from the shrimp and cabbage to the steamed Seabees. The fried morning glory was also delicious; I’ve never had anything like it before. Okay, since it’s all in Terminal 21, it’s not as cheap as street food, but hey…
