I was actually on my way to Thai Niyom when I passed Madam Somtum and thought something new wouldn’t be a bad idea. So I went to Somtum and ordered two salads: papaya with salted egg and the spicy chicken salad. You can watch the papaya salad being made, as it’s prepared right at the entrance. Both salads were delicious (I could have even used rice with the chicken salad). Definitely worth a repeat.
What surprised me, however, was the water with the Hillary logo.
