Krua Khun Puksample

The Krua is located on the corner of Sukhumvit Road and the Soi 11/1. It is a tourist hotspot, but offers authentic Thaifood. The restaurant has been around for a long time and it is currently being enlarged to the other side of the star.

As I said, there is authentic Thaifood and we are usually always there. Mostly for the Holy Basil (Phat Kaphrao). meaning “stir-fried holy basil,” is one of Thailand’s most beloved street dishes. It features minced meat—commonly pork or chicken—stir-fried with garlic, bird’s eye chilies, and Thai holy basil (kaphrao). The dish is typically served over jasmine rice and crowned with a crispy fried egg (kai dao). This is not as fancy as the restaurant of Mark Viens (report follows later) but I find it better. You can actually eat everything there and if it should go quickly (or you can’t make a decision) then it is a very good choice.

Recently there is also a state of Durian sold!
