No trip to Singapore is complete without crab. Unfortunately, my favorite place (Momma Kongs) closed. So I used Google again and found Roland. Unfortunately, Google is very bad at locating the restaurant itself. Roland is on the top floor of a parking garage! The restaurant itself is huge and very busy (most of the tables were occupied). There are no small tables, so I got a large table. I ordered the chili crab for two 😀 and fried buns. The chili crab was very good, the buns a bit too sweet (but they were more of a pseudo-side dish). Unfortunately, they don’t give you a bib like at Minister of Crab in Bangkok, and I eventually got my T-shirt dirty :D.
