We were invited here for a birthday breakfast. The cafe is located right next to the Holzgerlingen train station (but don’t worry, trains are so infrequent that you won’t be bothered by them) and it offers plenty of space. It also has an outdoor area. There’s ample parking.
But now for the essentials, breakfast. There is a separate breakfast card and the selection of dishes is huge and if necessary you can also make changes manually. I had chosen the breakfast spinsa in the Norway Style, that is with salmon, avocado (although Avocado is not really Norwegian now) and two poached eggs. The Pinsa was really tasty and very crispy.
Overall, everyone was very happy with what they ordered. The portions were also very generous. All in all, I highly recommend Schilling!
