I’ve been to Romani before (before this blog). It’s actually a nice little restaurant with good food. It’s just a bit out of the way (at least for most farangs, who usually stop at Det-5 first). The decor is more suited to a café with its pink sofas, but it’s okay. I ordered the fried fish as an appetizer (although I’m still having to break myself of the belief that the dish comes first 😀 ). Then there were vegetables with dried shrimp and pork belly with pepper sauce. Everything was delicious, especially the pork belly with the sweet sauce (although it is quite greasy 😉 ). Oh, and another Thai iced tea.
