Well-located 5-star hotel in KL. Thanks to my Accor status, I received an executive upgrade, although I only used the lounge on my last day after 4 weeks :D. What I made much more use of were the 3 free laundry items (which means I arrive in Bangkok with almost completely fresh laundry). There are a few minor weaknesses in the service (no one needs 3 conditioners) and the condition of the facilities (umbrellas by the pool), which I wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel. However, the two guys at the pool were very nice and only charged for one coffee (or sometimes none at all). What I didn’t discover until a bit late was the walkway from the neighboring hotel (BANYAN TREE) to the Pavilion (it saves time, and you don’t have to cross so many streets). I’ll see if I stay there again if I go back to KL.
