Back in Sweden and time for something new. Google showed up Bistro Bestick because it’s near my hotel (and has good reviews). I reserved a table for one person (people who arrived after me without a reservation had to settle for outside seating). The decor looks like a bistro, a bit worn and not fancy. I had three different dishes here. The starter was salmon with pickled onions, sour cream, and potatoes. The main course was cod. Dessert was a creme brulee with Parmesan and truffles (it could have used a bit more Parmesan to provide a salty contrast). Overall, though, it was very good.
