I’ve been coming here for a few days now, and there’s still something new nearby. Pantaree is located on Soi 8, in a small side street, barely visible from Soi 8. I only discovered it by chance on Google. They serve authentic Thai food (and there are more Thais in the shop than Farangs). I ordered kale with crispy pork, a fried papaya salad, and a deep-fried sea bass in pepper sauce, along with a small mango shake. Everything was delicious. I’ve had sea bass several times before, but usually with chili or fish sauce, but the pepper isn’t bad either (maybe it would have been even better with green pepper). The whole thing cost exactly 600 baht, which is reasonable for what’s on offer. Definitely worth a repeat!
