Baan is a bit further away and is a recommendation from the Michelin Guide app. It’s a Thai restaurant, which isn’t immediately obvious from the decor and music. It’s definitely geared toward a Western clientele. At 5:30 p.m., I was the only customer, and that didn’t change until I left. I ordered shrimp with noodles and the lamb curry, along with a pale ale. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, and there was nothing to complain about. However, the price per person is quite high at 2,000 baht, and it’s a bit too expensive compared to a Burapa or Thai Niyom.
