The Inter is located near SIAM Square. The area behind SIAM has changed a lot; since my first visit, there were still cars driving around. Today, it’s a pedestrian street with lots of shops. The Inter has two entrances, but you only get a seat at one of them. The Inter was completely full (although the second floor was closed), so I was put on the waiting list (and that was at around 4:00 PM). Okay, the flow of guests is pretty quick, so I only had to wait about 15 minutes. I had a good view of the kitchen, where several chefs were standing and working in unison. I ordered the raw shrimp with spicy fish sauce, the oyster omelet, and the spring rolls, along with a Thai iced tea. The shrimp were delicious with the fish sauce and quite spicy too 🤭 I’ve had a similar omelet at Eathai, but it was crispier 😉. The spring rolls and iced tea were also good. The food was very good and the menu has enough to choose from to warrant a second visit 😇 Oh yes, the whole thing cost 404 Baht (unfortunately I couldn’t take a photo of the bill).
