I was actually on my way to Beyond Bred, but a minor illness made me turn back. But somehow I still felt like something baked. Then I remembered the café, which is practically in the backyard of the Fitzgerald. However, the selection of baked goods is very limited; I only saw croissants (and I’m not even sure if they were homemade). Well, I went for the fried eggs with minced meat and a mango-almond milkshake. The fried eggs weren’t exactly great. The shake was supposed to have passion fruit, but since it wasn’t available, they replaced it with bananas. Okay, the shake wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t really recommend it as a breakfast spot.
