It was time for a change, and I was in the mood for sushi. Masa is located behind the other Novotel, so it’s not far away ;). I ordered two maki rolls, one with salmon and one with unagi (eel), as well as a salmon salad and spicy hotage scallops. I actually wanted fresh unagi, but they only had it frozen, so I passed. The rolls were very good, except they were cut a bit unevenly, so some pieces were quite large for a bite :). Even though the air conditioning was on, it wasn’t too cold (unlike Din Tai Fung the day before). All in all, a good sushi restaurant.
