Okay, now a quick word about the ‘flight home’. Since the ‘main’ flight was booked from Stockholm (ARN), I still had a connecting flight to ARN. Normally, I’d skip the last leg and fly/drive directly home, but in this case, I took it and then took a direct return to Zurich and from there to Stuttgart (STR). Since I have to go back to ARN in December, I have a suitable ticket here right away and don’t have to skip the connecting flight home. After arriving in Zurich from Singapore, I first treated myself to a shower and a cappuccino. Then, as I said, to Stockholm, where I had enough time for a crispbread in the lounge 😉 and a little shopping. The same crew was a bit surprised to see me again, especially this time as an HON (especially since I’m on Krisflyer without status). In Zurich, we finally had something proper to eat again: a currywurst with fries and a glass of champagne :D. Then a quick hop to Stuttgart. It was delayed by five minutes because they had to count six times. I’m always fascinated by the attempt to offer a service here (I always politely decline). What was also funny was that even the smallest plane had USB charging ports!
