Okay, in the past, Lufthansa had two lounges in Stuttgart (Business and Senator). That’s changed; now they don’t have any. However, as a HON, you can use the new airport lounge (in the same location). It wouldn’t really be worth 30 euros to me (I haven’t been back since).
