Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique

Since I don’t start work in Singapore until 3:00 PM local time, I have a bit more time to walk around and see what’s available. I passed by an ice cream parlor where someone was baking ice cream cones. I thought, let’s try the ice cream and the cone :D. The ice cream selection is quite large, and there are many interesting flavors/blends. I opted for the roasted black sesame and green tea (hojicha) with salt, in a cone. The ice cream was delicious, and you immediately understand why most people eat their ice cream at the ice cream parlor (when it’s over 30 degrees outside, the ice cream melts pretty quickly). So, I might repeat this, because there are a few more flavors to try 😉
