The address is a cluster of Hawker stores, or small shops that offer food. There’s one in Chinatown that even has a Michelin star. The problem with that one is that I’m always a bit late, as I usually arrive in the evening, and some are already closed or out of everything. But I’ve been here twice anyway. Once, I had duck and pork with rice, which was quite tasty. The second time, I also had rice, but with miso and salmon. That wasn’t quite as tasty (but not really bad either). I’ll see if I go again, but there are a few other places to try. The market here does have one good thing, though: there are a lot of shops that sell durian 😀
