OK, I don’t usually write an entry for every repeat meal, but this time I had to. I didn’t really want to try anything new (okay, there aren’t that many new things anymore). But when I ordered the shrimp ceviche I was told that they currently have a crab version. So of course I ordered it. Afterwards I got cold feet for a moment because I’d already had raw crab at Central Embassy and it wasn’t my favorite. But this was completely different. The flavor was an absolute explosion in the mouth, be it the meat or the roe (which was particularly tasty), absolutely top notch. This time I sat outside though because I’m always cold inside.
