I saw Nuon while looking for Sao Nam and noticed it. The restaurant is a bit kitschy because of all the lanterns, but that’s fine as long as the food is good. I ordered sea snails, vegetables, and the fish stew. The vegetables were the most boring, but luckily it came with a spicy sauce. The fish and snails were incredibly delicious, especially the snails, thanks to the sauce, lemon, and kefir leaves. I also had iced tea (unfortunately, they were out of fresh passion fruit juice).
