Kagges

Kagges was a recommendation from the Michelin Guide app. I reserved a table via BokaBoard (which was absolutely necessary). I love the concept of being able to watch the chefs at work (I had a seat at the bar). I opted for the Top 4 with wine pairing (I made it easy for myself). The first course was an orange wine, which evoked memories of Canvas in Bangkok (we weren’t satisfied there at least the first time), but this one was okay. After the first course, I was joined by a woman from Ukraine who has been living in Singapore for eight years and is also a digital nomad, but with Europe as her destination. It was an interesting conversation, sharing various apps and experiences. The second course was various beans (my mother wouldn’t have liked them, as they would have been too crunchy for her). The third course was cod, and the fourth course was pork. I then ordered Blum pudding with plums and Blum sorbet for dessert. All in all, everything was delicious, and the service was very friendly.
