I tried to make reservations at various other locations but to no avail. So I went to Briste & Friends because you can get in there without a reservation. Although when I arrived it was packed. There was a kids’ table left (No. 666). It’s a kind of self-service option, so you go to the counter to order and say which cut of meat you want. I opted for Tips, Briste, and Burnt Ends (150g of each). I also had coleslaw and cornbread. The meat was very good, the coleslaw a bit too strong, and the cornbread was good. They served it with an IPA. Oh yes, if you’ve ordered and have a seat, the food is brought to you, otherwise you wait a bit and then take it to your seat yourself.
