It’s difficult to rate a place like Above Eleven. Why? How/what should one rate it? Okay, 5 stars, a great location as a rooftop bar. Or the food, where it gets much more difficult. It’s more fancy than fine dining. It’s Peruvian, Japanese, and a bit of Mexican. While everything is pretty good (I found the quebiche too coarsely sliced/diced, and the grilled squid too small, especially compared to the side dish), it’s not really top-notch (especially not for the price). The cocktails are top-notch, though, so if you want to enjoy the view with a drink, head to Burapa around the corner for dinner. 😉
Ok, but it has a men’s restroom with a great view 😀
