Strandvägen 1, as the name might suggest, is located right on the water (okay, it’s a wide street with quite a bit of traffic, but that doesn’t detract much from the ambiance). I don’t usually make reservations at restaurants that require my credit card details first, but I made an exception here. I started with three oysters with champagne, followed by baked trout for the main course. I had imagined this a little differently, but it was still very good. For dessert, I had creme brulee again (although not quite as good as at Ralf’s Kök). A bit too much chiki-micki for my taste, but it was good.
