It was time for a proper piece of meat again, and my destination was the Köttmastern. I went for the T-bone (perhaps a bit too big, but it was the only dry-aged option). It was a very good decision. It came with grilled vegetables and a salad instead of fries. The whole thing was soooo tasty (and not too much, after all 😀 ). To pass the time, I had an IPA and a Zinnfandel to go with the steak. To finish, I had a creme brulee (yes, there was still some room). All in all, very good.
