Okay, I tried something new last lunchtime, since it’s Father’s Day in Germany today, so I’m off work. PVBLICA was still on my list. It was Thursday lunchtime and not really the season yet, so I was alone. I had the veggie (vegetable), a Greek salad, and another local draft beer. The burger wasn’t actually bad. Unfortunately, the ratio of bun to burger wasn’t quite right. So the last third of it was just a salad burger (okay, it’s veggie, too). All in all, not really a recommendation.
